TERRY & MARIE LUSH
It all started as T&M Courier back in 1999 by owner/president Terry Lush. Back then his humble beginnings were by himself with wife and 50% business partner Marie Lush, simply delivering mail, legal docs, small parcels and other small items in Fort McMurray in an old Toyota Corolla. Due to his old school honest and hard working work ethic, his instantly likable personality, and exceptional customer service, Terry began to grow T&M Courier, adding a small panel van, then some 1 ton cube vans and so on leading to where the company is today. Albeit retired from day to day operations, Terry is still acting president while all day to day operations of the business are managed by Peter Lush.
PETER LUSH
In 2005, Peter Lush, Terry's son, moved to Fort McMurray to work with Terry in helping manage the growth and help run the business. At the start this was driving and doing deliveries, working into a mixed role of driving, supervising the other drivers, and dispatching. As the company continued to grow and get busier, Peter eventually progressed into his current roll as the company's General Manager and Director overseeing the company's day to day operations as well as other responsibilities such as H&S, training, regulatory compliance and various other responsibilities.
BRENDA WHITE
In the line of keeping it in the family, in 2010 Brenda White, Peter's partner, joined the team. Brenda started as a driver delivering in town and to sites and made her way to invoicing and other administrative work in the office. As the company grew, so did the administrative duties along with it progressing Brenda into her current roll of Book Keeper, Payroll, AP, AR, and other related executive administrative responsibilities.
STEVE WEDGE
Steve joined the team in 2013 as Business Development Manager. Based in Edmonton, Steve manages the Edmonton side of our operations, including fleet maintenance and our expediting side of the operations.
CHRIS FUNK
Chris joined the team originally as a driver in 2010. As the business grew, Chris moved into the office in his current roll as a CSR and Dispatcher.
LUC CYR
While Peter and Chris shared handled the loading, unloading, and warehouse duties while we were much smaller, as we grew Luc came onto the team in 2013 as our full time Yard & Warehouseman. Luc unloads and loads our trucks each day and looks after the warehouse.
AMANDA CHAPPELL
As we continued to grow, we realized we needed more help again in the office for administrative work and invoicing duties. Amanda joined our team in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant and is now our primary CSR.
TERRI DONNELLY
Pretty much every year we have been in business (except the year of the wildfires and the beginning of the COVID outbreak) we have continually experienced growth in revenue and business. To again aid in the growing administrative and CSR demands Terri joined the team in 2022 and is a CSR as well as our OH&S Representative.
